MABIF organized a training program entitled “Value addition in Vegetables and Fruits for the members of Farmers Collective” on 19th November 2020 & 20th November 2020 @ 10.00 am - 05.00 pm. The Program covered as follows:
•Total of 10 participants took part in the training program.
•Canning process Tomato, Pine Apple, Tomato powder, Dehydrated bittergourd, Bitter gourd Tuti-Fruity, Dehydration of Moringa Leaves, Moringa Leaves incorporated Noodle Making.
•Tomato Sauce making, Tomato pickle making, Mixed fruit jam making, Pine Apple Squash making, Amla Squash Making.
