NABARD MABIF encourages the exposure visit for students with the opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship and innovation in the agribusiness sector. These visits are designed to give students hands-on experience of interacting with startup companies in the agribusiness sector and to expose them to different aspects of agribusiness including production, processing and sales & marketing of food manufacturing sectors.
As a part of their exposure visit, students from "S.Thangapazham Agricultural College" visited the NABARD - MABIF on 22nd May, to know about the incubation centre activities towards the empowerment of startup ecosystems. MABIF explained the opportunities that are provided by the government to the startups/entrepreneurs/farmers/FPOs for their products/services.
Around 130 students actively participated in this exposure visit.
The exposure visit also provides students with a chance to explore potential career paths in the agribusiness sector. MABIF aims to inspire and motivate students to become future agribusiness leaders and innovators.
