MABIF-CBBO organised an Orientation Program for newly joined FPO CEOs, and FPO Coordinators of CBBO under CSS Scheme for the promotion and formation of FPOs at MABIF, Madurai on 08th June 2022.
The program covered the techniques of FPO formation by various sectoral experts. The topics handled during the program are as follows 1. Introduction of MABIF by Mr. S. Gurushankar, CEO (i/c) 2. CBBO and its nature of work - Mr. A. Senthamil Arasan, Deputy Manager, MABIF 3. Roles of the CEOs - Mr. Mayandi, Consultant, Sammunati 4. Experience and journey of FPO - Mr. Soundarapandiyan
Around 20 people attended the program and learnt about the roles & responsibilities of CEO, what are the steps to form FPO, how to proceed the baseline survey with various line dept officials, economic and administrative strategies for managing the FPOs and the way forward.
