MABIF along with DABD and CSC&RI, Madurai organized Food based Technology and Product Showcase at AC&RI, Madurai. The Program was graced by the Chief Guest Shri. S.V. Velshankar, Secretary of Tamilnadu Foodgrains merchant Association, Dr.S.D.Sivakumar, DABD,TNAU, Dr.S.Amutha, Dean, CSC&RI, and Dr.V.K.Paulpandi, Dean, AC&RI, and Heads of all departments, Entrepreneurs, ITDC members, and students.
The program showcased varied technology range from plant-based meat, plant-based milk, Probiotic beverages, simulated rice, and other Value-added techniques which are ready for tech transfer by scientists of CSC&RI, Madurai. Around 90 participants participated in the program. The program also received many collaboration proposals for new product development and white labeling opportunities with the Tamilnadu food grains merchant association.
