"Entrepreneurship Development Training Program"

The "Entrepreneurship Development Training Program" was organized by NABARD-MABIF on 27th & 28th March 2023. A total of 30 Farmers (BODs & CEOs) from 2 FPOs (Nanchai FPCL and Chellampatti Jasmine & Millet FPCL) in the Madurai districts participated in this program. The main objective of the training was to educate the Farmer Producer Organization's farmers on the various aspects of entrepreneurship development. The training covered and discussed about various topics like business strategies, demand & supply gaps, financial planning, budgeting, price fixing, certifications, Issues & challenges, new product development & value addition, and action plan preparation for the successful operation of FPO.
