Dr.Sanjay from Mumbai visited MABIF to explore opportunities to start Button Mushroom production unit in and around Madurai. MABIF networked with FPOs around adjacent districts of MABIF to identify the location for the construction plant as well as linked to Madurai Mattuthavani Button mushroom merchants association to understand the movement of button mushroom in the catchment area.
