"CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING PROGRAMME"

NABARD - MABIF along with Directorate of Agribusiness Development, TNAU - Coimbatore, Dept. of Agri Marketing & Agri Business and Govt. of TN has organized Capacity Building Training on "Management of FPOs" from 20th Mar - 22nd Mar'23.


A Total of 40 Farmers (BODs & CEOs) Participated in this Program from 12 FPOs of the Sivagangai & Virudhunagar districts.


This training program covered the topics of Statutory Compliances, Skill Development, Decision Making, Leadership Quality, Accounting & Governance of FPOs, and the Economic & Administrative Strategies to manage the FPOs.
