NABARD MABIF along with the Directorate of Agribusiness Development, TNAU - Coimbatore, Dept. of Agri Marketing & Agri-Business and Govt. of TN has organized Capacity Building Training on "Entrepreneurship Development for FPOs" from 25th May - 27th May'23.
A Total of 40 Farmers (BODs & CEOs) Participated in this Program from 10 FPOs of the Madurai district.
The main objective of the training was to educate the Farmer Producer Organization's farmers on the various aspects of entrepreneurship development.
The training covered and discussed about various topics like business strategies, demand & supply gaps, financial planning, budgeting, price fixing, certifications, Issues & challenges, new product development & value addition, and action plan preparation for the successful operation of FPO.
