NABARD MABIF along with the Directorate of Agribusiness Development, TNAU - Coimbatore, Dept. of Agri Marketing & Agri-Business and Govt. of TN has organized Capacity Building Training on "Entrepreneurship Development for FPOs" from 26th - 28th June'23.
A Total of 40 Farmers (BODs & CEOs) Participated in this Program from 6 FPOs of the Sivagangai district.
The main objective of the training was to educate the Farmer Producer Organization's farmers on the various aspects of entrepreneurship development.
The training covered and discussed about various topics like business strategies, demand & supply gaps, financial planning, budgeting, price fixing, certifications, Issues & challenges, new product development & value addition, and action plan preparation for the successful operation of FPO.
