MABIF along with the Department of Soils and Environment, AC & RI, Madurai organized a Field visit cum Demonstration on the Vermicompost Production. The visit covered the dos and don'ts in vermicomposting, how the wastes can be turned into a beneficial fertilizer, what can be done in the resource scare area and the marketing strategies for the FPO market segment. Around 32 people from four FPOs promoted by Reliance Foundation participated.
